Passion and Practice

There are strong leaders and there are easy leaders. Some leaders want to and some leaders do. Both the want and the action are crucial for strong leadership. Leadership doesn’t just happen in a room, in a perfectly manicured environment, it happens everywhere all the time. People talk about respect and confidence and what you do when no one is looking, all of which are very important for leaders to have but in reality, it all comes down to passion and practice. The countless “qualities” of a leader are very important but they mean nothing if the leader doesn't take them to heart and share them with the world in active practice. No good leader was forced to lead against their will, there is an energy, a passion burning inside of good leaders that drives them to greatness. The fire that drives leaders to action and to follow their goals is a great determiner of success. Passion and Practice are by far the best base-layer qualities that a leader can have.
